dbt-core 1.10 has been out for some time now. Let's ensure we can support it by building
airlfow-dbt-pythonwith dbt-core 1.10 and running it in CI. This drops 1.8 from the testing pipeline as I only want to keep the last 2 versions to avoid CI getting too long.This does not include support for new features (like
--sample) just ensuring we are compatible.
